Gastrovia is a specialized HR agency created exclusively for the hospitality industry. We don't believe in universal recruitment or anonymous CV databases. We believe every venue has its own atmosphere, working style and team culture – and that's exactly how we search for people.

We don't wait for someone to reply to a job ad. We actively approach candidates, verify their experience, motivation and prerequisites for a specific operation. That's why we only recommend applicants who have real potential to become a long-term part of your team.

The Gastrovia project is backed by the Žijeme Gastrem team, which has been dedicated to the hospitality industry for a long time. We work daily with restaurants, cafés, hotels and other hospitality businesses, so we know well that a quality employee is not a matter of luck, but of properly set up recruitment.

Our goal is not to fill a position at any cost. Our goal is to connect the right person with the right venue so that the cooperation works in the long term and brings value to both sides.
